Position: Programmer Intern
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Department: Software Development
Reports to: Senior Software Engineer
Duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension based on performance)

Our portfolio includes Inventory Software, HR Management Systems, Accounting Systems, POS Software, Hospital and Medical College Management Systems, eCommerce Platforms, and more. We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Programmer Intern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of web and software applications.
- Collaborate with senior developers in writing efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues as directed by senior team members.
- Participate in code reviews and learn best coding practices.
- Assist with documentation related to software projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, testers, and product managers) to deliver on project goals.
- Research and learn new technologies that are relevant to the project’s needs.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Must be currently enrolled in or have recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or PHP.
- Familiarity with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
- Knowledge of database management (SQL/MySQL).
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
