Job Description:
Techno Lab, a growing software solutions company, is looking for passionate and motivated interns for the position of Intern – Support & Development. Selected candidates will work closely with the development and support team to assist in software support, troubleshooting, client communication, and web application development tasks. This internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or students who want to build a career in software development and IT support.

Responsibilities:
* Work with Laravel/PHP, database, and basic frontend tasks
* Learn and assist in ERP/software implementation processes
* Provide software support to clients through phone, remote access, and online communication
* Assist in troubleshooting software and technical issues
* Support the development team in web application maintenance and updates
* Coordinate with clients to collect requirements and feedback
* Help maintain software documentation and reports
* Ensure proper client support and follow-up
* Perform testing and bug reporting for software modules
* Maintain professionalism and good communication with clients
* Participate in real-world software development and support activities
Preferred Qualifications:
* Diploma/BSc in CSE, Software Engineering, IT, or related discipline
* Students in the final year are also encouraged to apply
Experience Requirements:
* Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
* Basic knowledge of PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, MySQL / Database, Git knowledge, or IT support will be considered a plus
