Techno Lab, a growing software solutions company, is looking for a motivated and skilled Junior Software Developer to join our development team.
The selected candidate will work on real-world ERP and web-based applications, contribute to ongoing projects, and collaborate with senior developers to build scalable software solutions. Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain web applications
* Work with MySQL database design and optimization
* Build and maintain frontend components using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript
* Fix bugs, troubleshoot issues, and improve system performance
* Collaborate with senior developers and follow coding standards
* Participate in requirement analysis and feature development
* Work on ERP and business software modules
* Ensure code quality, testing, and documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
* BSc in CSE / Software Engineering / IT or related field preferred
* Diploma in CSE with strong practical experience will also be considered
Experience Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience in Web Development / Software Development
* Experience with Laravel/PHP-based projects is required
* ERP or business software experience will be an advantage
