Job Description:
Techno Lab, a growing software solutions company, is looking for dynamic and target-oriented professionals for the position of Marketing Executive. The selected candidates will be responsible for software sales, lead generation, client communication, business development, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Experience:
* 0 to 2 years
* Freshers are encouraged to apply
* Experience in software sales / IT sales / corporate Sales / digital marketing is a plus
Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell software solutions to potential clients
* Generate new leads through online marketing, outreach, and networking
* Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions
* Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Handle client inquiries and provide professional support
* Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
* Ensure after-sales support and client satisfaction
* Coordinate with the technical team for implementation and service delivery
* Prepare sales reports and maintain client database
* Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals
Preferred Qualifications:
* CSE, IT, BBA / MBA in Marketing, Management, Business Administration,
Business Studies, or related discipline preferred
Additional Requirements:
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Client handling and presentation confidence
* Knowledge of software products / ERP solutions is an advantage
* Smart, energetic, and self-motivated
